Digital Product - No Refunds

All sales of probate lead lists are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been processed and delivered.

Why No Refunds?

  • Our lead lists are delivered instantly via electronic delivery upon purchase completion
  • Once delivered, the digital files cannot be "returned" as the information has been accessed
  • All lead data is proprietary and time-sensitive information

What You're Purchasing When you purchase our probate lead lists, you are buying access to historical probate filing data for specific time periods. Lead counts are approximate (e.g., "400-500 leads") and the exact number delivered is final. Each probate lead list clearly displays how many leads are on that particular list and in the file name itself. 

Before You Purchase

  • Verify you are ordering the correct time period(s) for your needs
  • Ensure your email address is correct for delivery
  • Review product descriptions carefully
  • Contact us with any questions BEFORE completing your purchase
  • Verify that you have reviewed the sample list for each respective year you are purchasing in order to ensure you are receiving the amount of data points in line with your objective on our probate leads. 

Quality Guarantee While we cannot offer refunds, we stand behind the quality of our data. If you experience technical issues accessing your delivered files, contact us at datateam@houstonprobateleads.com within 48 hours and we will assist you.

Chargebacks Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for delivered digital products may result in:

  • Termination of your account and access to future purchases
  • Reporting to credit agencies and fraud prevention services
  • Legal action to recover costs and fees
