1. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing probate lead lists from Houston Probate Leads ("we," "us," "our"), you ("customer," "you") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.

2. Product Description We provide historical probate filing data compiled into monthly, weekly and yearly lead lists for specific geographic areas and time periods. Lead counts are approximate ranges (e.g., "400-500 leads"). The actual number of leads delivered within the stated range constitutes full fulfillment of your order.

3. Delivery

  • All products are digital and delivered electronically via our third-party delivery system (EDP)
  • Delivery occurs immediately upon payment authorization
  • You are responsible for providing a valid email address
  • It is your responsibility to ensure you can receive and access digital files

4. Payment

  • All prices are in USD
  • Payment is processed immediately upon order placement
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full order amount
  • Failed payment attempts may result in order cancellation

5. Permitted Use You may use the probate lead data for legitimate business purposes only. You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the lead lists with third parties
  • Use the data for illegal purposes or harassment
  • Claim the data as your own proprietary information
  • Violate any applicable privacy or data protection laws

6. No Refunds All sales are final. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that digital products cannot be returned once delivered.

7. Data Accuracy While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee:

  • 100% accuracy of all data points
  • That all leads will be viable or contactable
  • Specific outcomes or results from using the data
  • That data has not been previously accessed by others

Probate data is compiled from public records and is sold "as-is."

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

  • You agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating chargebacks
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and legal action
  • We reserve the right to provide evidence to payment processors and banks to dispute invalid chargebacks

9. Account Termination We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Fraudulent activity or chargebacks
  • Misuse of our data
  • Any reason at our sole discretion

10. Limitation of Liability Houston Probate Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our lead lists. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

11. Privacy We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Your payment information is processed securely through Shopify Payments.

12. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
